Why is the js cache not cleared in bitrix?

  There is a block generated through js, I change this script, clear the cache with the "clear cache" button and nothing changes. I change the cache file, change by itself, delete the cache file - everything is the same as before. The same if you update the cache of the page itself in the browser.
  
  I change exactly the required file, maybe I downloaded all the files, made a search on them through sublime, repeating the required code for the whole project is one
  Can anyone come across and can tell?
