How to embed a div from another page in the href link text?

Hello, I immediately apologize for the question.
Offtopic: "There will be a simple site with various goods.
Many products will be added ... "
Is it possible to somehow make the href link text to be inserted / filled automatically from the page div (for example, div class = "name of product" & gt; Green keychain & lt; / div & gt;), which href refers to.
That is, a link to the page is inserted into the href and the title is automatically inserted from this page. So that for each product (of which there will be many) it was not necessary to write the name again.
Is it possible to do something like this with html, PHP and / or js?

You can do this, but you don't need to. 10 visitors to the catalog with 12 products will add 120 requests to the server, which is very, very bad form! If you need a product from someone else's store, it is better to do the scrabbing / grabbing of the catalog as a separate background process via crontab, once a day to the database of your products.

As a rule, all products are in the database (mysql). Find everything that needs to be displayed on any page by the product id with a query in the database, and display it as needed: form the page on the server side using PHP code.

PS: since you have it now - never do it!

To place the code, please use CodePen or similar tool. Thanks you!
