Why do elements added to the block go up in the google chrome browser when they go down in mozilla firefox?

    Question: When I add new DOM nodes to a block, browsers behave differently. In Firefox, added elements go down and drag the button with them, when in google chrome the button stays in place, but new elements go up, which is extremely inconvenient in my opinion ...
    Tell me what you do in this case?

    This wonderful Google invention is called Scroll anchoring . To disable add in CSS:

    body {
    overflow-anchor: none;
